  I am one of nine day shift RN Team Managers at the Vallejo AACC (Appointment and Advice Call Center). The Vallejo AACC is the only one of three call centers for the Northern California Region that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Sacramento AACC operates from 6am through 10pm 365 days a year, and the San Jose AACC operates Monday through Friday 6am through 10pm excluding holidays. Before moving into a management position I was an Advice RN Staff Nurse III with experience in Medicine, Pediatrics, and OBGYN. During this time I obtained experience working all shifts (days, evenings, and nights) within the Vallejo AACC.
