It involves increasing deployment frequency, reducing lead time from the first commit until the production environment, minimizing the failure of changes, and decreasing the time to restore service. I guided the teams in making decisions based on caching, asynchrony, parallelism, and multithreading concepts to develop migration strategies that avoid single points of failure and improve these four key metrics.
