      Main responsibilities : • ISO9001:2008 Management Representative with overall responsibility for the Quality Management System that ensures the delivery of products and services that consistently fulfil the requirement of both internal and external customers.• Ensure the organisation’s Internal Audit Plan is adhered to and lead Internal ISO Audits, working with Managers in all areas to deliver product and service improvements and promote adherence to standards.• Liaise with and challenge the Development and Marketing Departments in the creation of new product specifications, to ensure they fulfil the Customer’s requirements and are compliant with process capability.• Undertake Process Capability studies for product and process optimisation, leading to robust specifications and provide conclusions and recommendations from specialist quality information, such as internal losses and cpk analyses, to drive improvements in product quality and service.• Operate and maintain the organisation’s Quality Information System (QIS), to enable the recording and analysis of product and process data.
