  • Leading a team of 5-6 analysts on cash processes focusing primarily on intercompany cash movement and refunds to CFSC customers• Identified areas of improvement to create standard work, instructions on how to submit a refund case, Visio map of the process flow, and communicate new procedures to all parties involved in refund process (over 200 individuals). • These action items resulted in a 976% improvement in total processing time from March 2021 to December 2 021 (26.9 days to 2.5). The team is proud of their work and has voiced to me that since the work is now standardized, they are less stressed, and have drastically reduced human error. I have made the work visible by creating dashboards in Salesforce to track team progress and any aged items. Overall team engagement has drastically improved, and they can tie their work back to these results. Originally, I had a team of 6 with a large backlog (over 100+ cases backlog) and now I have a team of 5 doing the same amount of work with no backlog.• These action items also resulted in the improvement of Refund Suspense outages from Accounting. There were 180 aged items in March 2021 and 38 in October 2021. This is a 374% improvement in aged outages from March to October. Data also shows that over time there were fewer new outages. There were 54 new outages that started aging in March and then 0 in December 2021. I have also completely cleared the refund NPI items for Cash, and there are no new items to report in December 2021. The project started out with over 25+ items to research and resolve.• I used my technical expertise and cross functional experience that gave me the ability to successfully go-live with new Oracle refund functionality on Oct. 26. This project included eight months of testing and identifying areas of improvement for the system enhancements. I personally trained my reps and created the necessary training documents for the process. This will continue to reduce refund processing time.
