      Hired as a Media Director and promoted to VP- Group Director in June 2022. Demonstrated leadership in the Austin office by participating in multiple new business pitches and research projects, working with agency leadership to sell in additional agency services to existing clients, generating additional revenue. Oversaw the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Marketing team for the Americas region, coordinating campaigns and messaging with EMEA and APJC teams in addition to a handful of smaller AWS business units. At peak, this team was over 25 media, search, paid social, programmatic, and analytics experts in 4 countries. Directed a media team comprised of 9 direct reports, managing over 60 campaigns and over $60MM in ad spend across 15 client contacts for AWS, collaborating with additional internal teams. Led the onboarding of the Shell B2B business for AMER region, with 5 business units and client teams. Took over the onboarding and have continued to lead the NI (National Instruments) media team, including working with internal and client teams to establish processes, finalize tracking setup, taxonomy creation, data visualization and reporting in addition to maintaining the campaigns for the 5 business units. Worked with team leads to create a series of training and onboarding videos for new hires, allowing them to be immediately immersed in the work.
