      This role involved speaking to tenants on a daily basis to register any responsive works that needed completing on their property. I managed the diary of 6 workmen so organisation was a very important element of this role. I was also tasked with ensuring that the workmen had the necessary equipment and tools in their van and responsible for the ordering of said tools. I also had to input data on the work that had been completed onto Martlets in house management system.

      My role for the engagement was to manage the behaviour of convicted violent and sexual offenders who posed as a threat to the public. My role involved liaising with various agencies, such as probation and coming to an effective agreement to manage an offender’s behaviour. I was also tasked to create intelligence profiles on possible suspects in both real time and over a prolonged time period. I chaired and ran a weekly multi-agency meeting to discuss the offenders on the VISOR database and to disseminate any intelligence that had been gathered. I provide high level political support to the Leader of the council which involves me liaising with the Chief Executive to discuss any political and strategic issues, liaising with the Cabinet and being the first point of call for any and all issues to do with the leader. To enable me to work as an effective Executive Assistant I am highly organized, efficient and discreet but with a can do attitude. I am both pro-active in my work as well as re-active as I need to respond to rapidly to adjusting priorities and situations all the time. This position also requires me to deal with the more personal aspect of my Executive Head and Leaders life to ensure that they have as much time as possible to dedicate to their work and or family life.
