  i worked on the construction of the 3500 man workers camp for an behalf of JKC and Inpex, this camp formed part of the overall Ichthys Project in Darwin. the project was governed under the stringent Oil & Gas processes and procedures which did not translate fully in to the out and out construction model and as such made the project even more 'interesting'. the success of the project is such that the 'Village' is regarded as one of the best facilities of its kind certainly in Australia, but in the Southern Hemisphere as well.
