      After studying with French Pastry Chefs for three months, I graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie. This happened last winter while studying abroad in France through Johnson & Wales. While I was in France, I had the opportunity to travel to a few different countries and gain more cultural knowledge.
