The asset generated $25 million of annual EBITDA representing a net asset value of $125 million. • Built and gained approval for the asset’s annual budget. Created detailed production and costs forecasts by analyzing operating income statements and historical production trends. Justified capital projects by creating economic models to demonstrate their respective net present value. • Improved management’s understanding of asset performance by creating dashboards to report on budget variance which increased transparency and expedited decision-making for repair and maintenance activities.• Initiated and implemented new compressor technology for 10% of the typical cost.
