My primary focus is to lead the development and delivery of the Global Rotational Programs. I will be managing and driving Covance by Labcorp’s rotation programs strategy focused on building future leaders across multiple global segments of our business. This includes designing the rotational program experience, as well as working with global business leaders for buy in, designing and coordinating program content and marketing materials and recruiting top individuals to our Covance by Labcorp Team. Show less In an effort to grow my knowledge base and expand my horizons, I switched gears into a proposal management role. In this role, I started as the sole proposal manager for my business unit and have trained 3+ individuals on the process using a self-designed training plan. I am responsible for providing proposals to dozens of clients for a variety of dollar amounts. I also provide support to our business development team and conduct business directly with clients on my own as well. I also participate in many process improvement projects and have spearheaded several efforts to making the job more efficient. Show less Further expanding on my previous roles in this team, I continued to learn complex subject matter and alternated between holding a full workload, participating in team projects, working on data visualization, monitoring the data integrity my database and hosting client events. I also spearheading a scientific data visualization project and partnered with various stakeholders to ensure their needs were met, while executing the beginning stages of the project in the software myself. I also presented again at SOT (Society of Toxicology) National Conferences and at PHUSE (Pharmaceutical Users Software Exchange) in 2019. Show less Starting part time in this role during my last semester of colleague, I was able to continue the exciting work I started as an intern and lead another initiative for deliverable improvement. During my first position, I helped lead projects surrounding historical data and continued to populate/manages a subsequent database. I was also responsible for preparing and delivering SEND (Standard for the Exchange of Nonclinical Day) datasets for our clients on a daily basis, and participates in SEND conversations with internal, and external global clients.
