As the Director of Education, Jarrah leads the education team overseeing teacher training, classroom support and curriculum development. As the curriculum manager Jarrah oversaw the curriculum materials used by Primary Ethics teachers. This included collecting and analysing feedback, managing the review process, writing new material and uploading and maintaining the materials on Salesforce. As a curriculum author Jarrah wrote engaging and thought-provoking ethics lessons for primary and high school students. I teach intensive F2F and online training courses that prepare new Primary Ethics volunteers to teach ethics lessons in primary schools. Ethics teachers prepare and deliver lesson materials to a class of between 8 and 22 primary students each week. Classes are discussion-based, with ethics teacher as facilitator, and are designed to assist students in learning lifelong skills such as listening to each other's ideas, expressing their own opinion, thinking critically and making well- reasoned decisions. Primary Ethics teachers undergo training in behaviour management.
