  ALSA International holds two annual events, namely ALSA Conference and ALSA Forum. The ALSA Forum, as mandated by the ALSA Constitution, is an event annually held around August providing opportunities to members. The ALSA Forum is an international event where all ALSA members gather and participate in developing ALSA. Therein, the members are provided with the occasion to garner more networks, as well as the opportunity to develop their academic knowledge. The distinguished agenda of ALSA Forum is that there will be an election of the new set of International Board Officers, as voted by the delegates who are present in the General Assembly, in the representation of the interests of their National Chapters to ALSA.   The 10th UI Youth Environmental Action is an annual event held by the Environmental Department of Universitas Indonesia Executive Board as a platform for youths to innovate and create solutions for environmental challenges. The theme of this event is unlocking the circular economy potential to achieve UN SDGs Number 12, Responsible Consumption and Production.As Vice Manager Executive of Event, I am responsible for creating content such as 2 interactive videos, 2 podcasts on Spotify, and held public discussions with collaboration from various NGOs and many institutions. furthermore, i lead a team consisted of 10+ people divided through 2 subdivisions, and successfully achieved a total audience of 6500+ viewers by creating content on igtv and youtube. moreover, I managed a plan to contribute to and implemented the community that has a direct impact by providing a plastic chopping machine that aims to carry out the implementation of the circular economy. The activities or tasks carried out in this legal function include reviewing the Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) files between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia and the companies involved, making research studies, seeking legal or jurisprudential grounds regarding the issues discussed. as well as conducting research on the establishment of PT PMA.Job Description:• Managed to review Non-Disclossure Agreement between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with Other Companies such as Samsung, Chevron, Keppel, and many more.• Creating a study about hedging which in the financial term can be interpreted as an investment method to reduce or eliminate the risk in another investment activity.• Managed to research foreign investment (PT PMA) especially, Procedures for Setting up a Foreign Investment Company (PT PMA) in Indonesia.
