  I was handpicked by the corporate event team to lead the session program for the annual global HPE Discover event, encompassing 800+ sessions for ~10K attendees. I managed this event in multiple global locations including Las Vegas, London, Barcelona, and Madrid. My key success involved arranging for the ideal space offshore by collaborating with the event team. I maintained high attendee satisfaction by optimizing expo and session locations. To achieve this, I created customized messaging for each event and deployed multi-faceted strategies to attract the audience to the company’s booth. I also led a call for papers to gather potential session content and submitted it to the review board.My biggest achievement here involved setting up a mini-theater in the booth to deliver session presentations.
