  Working on Project Network - Eli Lilly————————————————————————-L1.5 LAN - WAN engineer ————————————————————————-. Working on INC, RITM & CHG tickets. Providing L1, L2 troubleshooting to issues. Solving proactive and reactive tickets efficiently within SLA.. As L1.5 engineer I am primarily working on Routing & Switching, LAN, WAN for Lilly Manufacturing unit and handling all three zones - Indianapolis, Asia and UK.. Doing L2 tasks such as LAN/WAN confguration, creating VLAN, SVI and tagging to interfaces, activating ports, configuring ISE, Port Security etc. . Maintaining and confguring routing protocols like BGP/OSPF, DHCP & HSRP. Monitoring packets infow and giving report about the inflow, outflow of traffic to SM.. As a team player dedicatedly working with SME and senior engineer on scripts regarding SVI creation, new BGP/OSPF routing configuration, IPV4 migration, newly onboarded Cisco nexus or catalyst switches/routers configuration.. Working on RCA documents, finding root cause of any issue and making a document for better next plan of action.. Proactively being a part of shutdown activity, supporting team with 24*7 operations, checking devices health, utilisation percentage, bandwidth, packets inflow and outflow on monitoring tools - Live Action, Thousand eyes and Logic Monitor.. Familiar with tools like logic monitor, Live Action, Cisco SD-WAN and DDI - Infoblox.. Understanding the pattern of alarms and taking immediate actions on it and suppressing false alarm based on the scenarios.. Updating tickets actively with proper guidelines given by management team. Following process with 95% compliance, giving handover to next shift engineers with proper update on mail and Service now ticket.. Additionally, I was part of transition phase when Eli Lilly onboarded to microland, made SOP for various technologies, was a part of KA/KT sessions, got an idea how transition works from previous service provider to upcoming one.
