  • Regional Streetlight Procurement Program: Leading and managing program design, facilitation, and execution to arrange energy performance contacting and financing among 35 small and medium sized municipalities to convert their streetlights to LED. • SolSmart: Managing project to designate multiple municipalities in the region as solar friendly through the U.S. DOE SolSmart program.• Solar Ready II: Primary lead for working group of regional, municipal, and non-profit representatives whose mission is to reduce soft costs of solar PV installations across the region. • Circuit Rider for Energy Efficiency in Local Government Operations program: Managed program to provide direct technical assistance, training, and analytical tools to support energy management best practices in the operations of municipal governments in southeastern Pennsylvania.• Alternative Fuel Vehicles Research: Assisted in the development of DVRPC's Electric Vehicle Action plan and "Ready to Roll?" Report.• Chester City Climate Change Adaptation Plan: Worked with regional committee to develop a climate change adaptation plan and vulnerability assessment for the City of Chester, PA.• Taskforce and Committee Memberships: Contributing member of Sustainable Jersey’s Climate Adaptation Taskforce and Climate and Energy Taskforce.
