I am a consultant and professional trainer with over 25 years experience of providing person centred and experiential CPD ( Continual Professional Development) certificated training/ one to one coaching in a variety of businesses and organisations. Passionate , enthusiastic about inspiring people to develop confidence, skills and motivation required to achieve their personal goals- Managing Conflict, Stress Management Effective Communication Skills, Assertiveness, Interview and employment skills. I design and deliver bespoke strategic courses to reflect the culture the company. Using a rigorous scientifically proven framework, I train/ coach managers and supervisors, to lead change effectively and get ‘buy in’ from stakeholders: I provide employees with a thorough understanding of the transformational process, equipping them with the skills to adopt not only a current change but future changes. I deliver empowering conflict management training, that is cost- effective, to all workers, practitioners, managers and supervisors enabling them to diffuse disputes and use effective strategies to promote positive relationships. I stress management training that enable workers to harness the driving force of positive stress, to boost growth and development, whilst arming them with essential techniques to cope with the negative stress that strangles achievement.
