I have worked with engineers to implement a new Inner Door Liner Automation System that helped the company save over $200,000.00 in 01/02/2019.I was project lead in changing the dimensions in Ice Maker Receptacle cover for the Brutus project 2019. I also implemented a new air tools systems for the company in 2019. I also received awards for being a team player and improving elements for Brutus and R600 2019.I also helped develop and coach employees with new elements for jobs or equipment. I utilized skills my skills in problem-solving, 5s, standardize work, takt time, paper dolls, cycle time. I also helped implement a new air duct system in 2016.During my tenure, I have facilitated awards to employees or team members for jobs well done or for having success in implementing or working together as a team.
