      Responsibilities include 2nd level support for local applications at Volkswagen Slovakia account, especially restoring functionality to high amount of productive and non-productive application that are running in Windows and UNIX\Linux environments, maintaining and updating them. Core of my work contains proactive and reactive locating errors in applications and fixing or escalating issues to 3rd line, maintaining and updating application and implementing changes. Part of maintaining applications includes updating and altering SQL and DB2 databases. Responsible for creating monitoring scripts in order to increase quality of service.
