  As part of the team for Contract T303 Tanjong Rhu Station and its cut-and-cover tunnels in Singapore, I played a pivotal role in the tender stage by recommending the suitable contractor to the Authority. I was deeply involved in soil investigation, improvement, deep foundation, excavation, and reinforced concrete works for the underground construction along the Thomson-East Coast Line. I ensured compliance with statutory acts, regulations, and engineering codes by reviewing engineering designs, programs, and drawings submitted by the contractor. Additionally, I monitored building and ground instrumentation to ensure the stability of adjacent structures, coordinated with various authorities for statutory approvals, managed subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets, and led a team of assistant engineers and supervisors to ensure safe execution of all works.
