Responsible for Product Management, R&D, Development, QA and SA at Nebu. All these departments are involved in the main process we have which is deliver a new version of our system starting from identifying functionality needed up to and including installing it on the infrastructure. Goal is to make this process as smooth as possible. Leading the Customer Care team.Responsible for account management of Dutch clients.Leading the Product Management of Dub InterViewer (the core product of Nebu). Leading the Customer Care team.
