I am managing the Fault and Performance Management tools among other OSS Network and Service Assurance tools to better enhance the NOC operations within Etisalat in the aim for effective governance of the network.   6 months Secondment Program, EBTIC - Khalifa University Abu Dhabi (KUSTAR), EBTIC’s intelligent collaborative Care (iCare) R&D program assists Etisalat and BT in positioning themselves well in the healthcare industry. The project is about Health Care Data Process Modeling where the processes in the UAE health care system were mined and analysed with the aim of providing tools to assess the compliance of the process execution in comparison to the ideal processes and regulations. The technology based on business process modeling applied is called Aperture. Business process modeling tools were used to understand compliance and efficiency issues in care process management. The challenging issue of compliance in care processes was tackled. Process mining tools were used along with the health care related data. The transformation, preparation, analysis and visualization of the process data is a substantial part of this work. Show less
