  Worked on a Roll-Slide setup which replicates gears in a wind turbine with lubricated pitch circle discs made of steel. The discs are contaminated by solid particles. The experiment involves load application on the discs, which are in rolling-sliding contact with each other, for which a gear test rig is used and wear measurements are made.

Responsible for feature performance of lateral assist features.- Delivered features in the market, on leading company products, during my entire tenure in this position. This included products for the North and South America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific markets.- Programs delivered: Ford - Mustang, F150, Super Duty, Ranger, Edge, Escape, Explorer, Expedition, Transit, Raptor; Lincoln - Continental, Navigator, Nautilus, Corsair, Aviator, MKZ.- Carried out cross functional program management for development activities in order to adhere to overall program timeline.- Came up with methods to replicate vehicle level HMI testing on bench using HiL/MiL methods, thereby leading to 25% reduction of testing time.- Worked with Simulation teams to further replicate vehicle level development on a bench. This led to reduction because of trim based variability and thereby reducing the need for prototype vehicle builds.- Working with CANalyzer and CANape to calibrate algorithms in ECUs for improved performance of DAT features- Lead cross functional testing and validation of Lane Departure Systems and Driver Alert Systems.- Developed objective test methods for evaluation of previously subjective features.- Performing bench marking to objectively define market standings against competitors for DAT features offered.- Collaborating with teams to look at quality data and drive changes in performance.- Helped with team development in the Asia Pacific regions for counterpart departments.
