  I was the head of the Athlete Support Team at Championship Labs. I ran the onboarding process where I created a pipeline of athletes and provided athletes resources and support in their NIL goals. I assisted in personal brand building, camps, brand deals, fundraisers, and whatever NIL goals athletes and student influencers had. I worked closely with the athletes to learn who they are outside of their sport and explore what is possible within the NIL space.In addition to this, I ran the TikTok and Twitter account for Championship Labs. I started the accounts with 0 followers and learned about attracting wide fan bases. I often analyzed data analytics to maximize the post engagements, and used Sprout Social to plan, organize, and schedule posts. Show less As an intern I was focused on producing content for the social media pages, with aiming to increase student-athlete engagement with the office. I attended SAAC meetings weekly in order to hear what the student-athletes are working towards and planning. Additionally, I assisted in the coordinating and operating of events that benefited student-athletes professional and personal development, in addition to NIL.In April of 2023 I moderated a panel with student-athletes focusing on NIL. The panel's purpose was to educate other student-athletes on how to utilize the resources on campus as well as their peers to maximize their NIL opportunities.   The Hidden Opponent promotes mental health awareness amongst student athletes by educating athletes on resources available, creating an inclusive environment, and advocating to end the stigma. I also consult athletes, agents, and marketers on their social media campaigns, maximizing their NIL, and overall brand building strategy.
