  In my most challenging role within Hobs, I orchestrated the development of Hobs progression into the document control business sector. As head of the document control team for the Wembley Stadium Project, I introduced my unique procedural qualities to the under achieving department. I worked closely with the client to introduce a new set of procedures aimed at producing a more efficient department capable of withstanding the rigours of the construction environment and produce the required results for a project of its size. During my leadership of the department the client introduced a new document control system, I along with a design manager headed the development of the new procedures needed to ensure that Aconex, an internet based system, was integrated as effectively as possible without reducing the flow of documents from the old paper based system. In charge of up to 15 people at anyone time I transformed a department previously lacking in vision and belief to a department equipped to handle all document control situations with the required professionalism. Conducting client workshops to gather functional and product requirements that can be articulated in to industry requirements and best practice.
