The site total construction area is about 32,000 sqm including office, Labs and Pilot Plant. JLL has taken care the IFM from very beginning of the site, the service line is mainly on Business Support services (cleaning service, meeting and event management service, security service, reception, mail service and shuttle bus management service), Hard service (Engineering service) and project management service. Job Description Lead and ensure all parts of the JLL service lines are seamlessly integrated and accountable for delivering financial results. Ensure site P&G employee satisfaction rate is above 80%. Ensure delivery of P&G financial year targets to maximize our fee revenue by achieving 4% or more glide path reductions. Report to client regarding on the general situation of the IFM service, provide professional solution to client. Coordinate with the HQ support functions, ensure all the necessary support to site teams. JLL on site team management and performance assessment.
