      New Bond Street Project, London. £45m Budget. Demolition and redevelopment of two buildings to provide a five storey offices.A key member of the Commercial Team, directly responsible for all commercial aspects of both prelim and main works package trades from initial preparation and issue of tender enquiry documentation, order placement, variation agreement to final account stage. Was involved with the agreement of the master tender enquiry documentation for the project with special attention given to the interface between packages.Also responsible for the preparation of the monthly cost report to head office and the instructions to pay to the subcontractors using the companies BIW software tool. Mostrar menos Distrito C. Telefonica S.A. Telefonica Business Park including the construction of twelve buildings and a shopping centre. 368.000 m2 surface. Commercial Director for the project, been responsible for the preparation of the Cost Plan and the subsequent presentation to the Board of Directors of Telefonica S.A.Successfully contracted the works within budget and on programme, after a complex tender process in which we prepared two strategies of contracting: Main contract for all the works or construction management with 25 work packages.Agreed Final Account.Successfully achieved all BLL objectives, achieving the full project bonus available from the client, within the bounds contract.Leisure and Shoping Centre “Tres Aguas”, Alcorcon, Madrid. 250.000 m2 surface and 65.000 m2 of SBA.Cost controller for the roof, facades and finishing packages, produced the tender documentation, leaded the tender process, managed the cost during the construction phase and agreed the final accounts.Package manager for the external works, including hard and soft landscaping and external services from inception to completion.
