Preparing Non-Conformance Reports in Supplier Quality Portal & SAP for every failed/defective part/equipment in Lucknow Trains, making sure that the Root Cause Analysis and CAPA are being done.•Executing all the RAMS activity from the depot which includes data alignment with LMRC and preparation of reports along with calculation of Availability, MDBF and MDBCF as per the contract for the whole Fleet of Lucknow Metro.•Leading the Monthly and Weekly FRACAS Meetings and engaging with customer (LMRC) in the discussions regarding the Train Failures. •Leading all the NCR Activity from the depot which includes the monitoring of 750+ Supplier NCRs. •Involved in weekly/daily discussions with 50+ local and overseas suppliers regarding the timely resolution of non-Conformities.
