   Advise and assist in the preparation of monthly interim valuations of work in progress from subcontractors, to main contractor and to the client, as well as forecasting of final costs and sales.  Certification of subcontractors and suppliers monthly valuation and final accounts. Ensuring that subcontract cost are monitored and controlled against agreed budgets, and that cost information is accurately recorded and regularly presented to appropriate personnel in a clear and concise format.  Presentation of documentation in relation to subcontractors and suppliers, make sure that the terms and condition reflect the obligations undertaken by my company under the contract.  Cooperate, coordinate and provide advices to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.  Provide and formulates measurement, Cost build-up, Bill of Quantity and related supporting documents for contract variation claims.  Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts, as well as monitoring project cash flow forecasts.  Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.  Assist and cooperate in other department such as engineering, quality control, store etc.; to collect information and documentation that required settling some misunderstanding issue.
