It gathers approximately 2500 students from the top 5 business schools in France. As a member of the event team, my primary duties included:- Welcoming VIPs and distributing badges (press, partners, directors, etc.).- Greeting and verifying spectators.- Welcoming and organizing the delegations.- Overseeing and managing the crowd and delegations.- Assisting with delegation check-ins for daily catering services.
