      Project Coordinator

In this role, I was responsible for preparing concept designs and schematic drawings, translating client ideas into detailed plans that aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements. I also managed the preparation of development and building permit drawings, ensuring everything was compliant while keeping the design true to the vision. This attention to detail helped deliver quality results and kept the projects moving forward.I worked closely with clients and engineers during both the design and construction phases, maintaining open communication to ensure all expectations were met. I handled the organization and preparation of construction drawings, managed the tender process, and participated in site walkthroughs to ensure everything stayed on track. I was also involved in the submission of addendums and coordinating any adjustments as needed.Additionally, I conducted site inspections, prepared detailed reports, and issued contemplated change notices and change orders. I reviewed and approved shop drawings to ensure they met the design specifications. A key part of my role was selecting interior and exterior color schemes, which I presented to clients for approval, ensuring the final product reflected their vision. Mostrar menos
