This entailed:O Downloading the 2020 & 2021 monthly data out of Allvue, reformatting this into .CSV files and uploading this into Yardi.O Once uploaded each month was reconciled using ExcelO Once the final month was reconciled the cash accounts were then reconciled within Yardi to the bank balances for each month collectively at September 2021 This process was performed over approximately 70 properties. • After completing the project the client now has a more reliable ERP system and an accounting basis at which to record its monthly operations and prepare financial reports for all its properties going forward Show less

The conversion did not go well and the project entailed downloading records from both systems then using Excel to match and create inventory level journal entries my material. - Part II involved creating audit schedules for external auditors in order to establish an unqualified audit opinion.- Part III was to create a full-scale national budget from a prior model that was out-of-date. Worked directly with the CFO, National Sales Manager and Corporate Controller.
