One of the fundamental aims of the EarthByte Group is geodata synthesis through space and time, assimilating the wealth of disparate geological and geophysical data into a four-dimensional Earth model including tectonics, geodynamics and surface processes.As a research intern, I conducted literature research on the age of MORB samples based on existing data in ArcGIS and supplemented the data points with the age information found.   The Swiss Federation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (SFB) is the national self-help organisation on the subject of visual impairment. Since 1911, it has supported blind and visually impaired people in their efforts to lead independent and successful lives at work and in society. The SFB achieves this goal through counselling, training and the promotion of innovative technologies, as well as through public education and awareness.As a board member, I work on strategic planning and am responsible in particular for the ressorts advocacy and youth.   The Representatives for the Equality of People with Disabilities support and advise the departments of the city administration. They coordinate the city administration's activities to promote equality for people with disabilities and are the point of contact for both the departments and the general public. The representatives are part of the Presidential Department as staff of the Mayor.As a project assistant, I took on the following tasks:- Administrative support for the Representatives for Equality for People with Disabilities- Organising events- Taking on own work packages within projects- Supporting the representatives in setting up and maintaining internal networks and an information platform.- Creating reports, presentations and news texts.   The social services unit is responsible, among other things, for the authorisation and supervision of facilities and outpatient services for adults with disabilities and their inclusion.
