  In this project, the goal was to develop an internal system using the React framework and a Fremtinds owned source code framework and APIs. The work was carried out within a group, with a primary focus on efficiently managing customer feedback by employing filtering, sorting, and routing to different departments within Fremtind. Notably, a user-friendly interface was created to assist users in swiftly and optimally handling feedback.
