  I am a 3D Generalist with a strong understanding of digital programs including Maya, Mudbox, 3D Equalizer and Photoshop. I have been working for my current company since graduating from University in 2012, starting as a part of the running team and then gaining a position in the 3D department. My role in this department varies depending on the brief and skills required, I work closely with large teams of digital artists to complete briefs, always to an incredibly high standard, within the required time. Show less Head Running at The Mill i was required to manage a large group of runners on a daily basis. My primary role was to ensure that all members of staff knew what they were doing through the day and to make sure that these jobs were being carried out in the best way possible. In this position i was also able to see all aspects of the company's departments as well as being able to keep up to date with current projects and jobs that the different departments were handling. Client relations were also a large part of my day to day role. Making sure that clients where catered for both in a hospitality sense but also in making resources readily available to them when needed. Show less
