  Collected 51 reports of wells that experienced ESP work failures, such as inspection test reports, ESP pulling reports and DIFA reports, analyzed 51 wells that were damaged in electrical submersible pump (ESP) equipment, Conduct root cause analysis of ESP work failures by making comprehensive reports, provide recommendations and suggestions that can be used to overcome these recurring events to the company.
