      Specialising in direct marketing for the Absa Financial Services Companies.I was responsible for the complete end-to-end management of all direct marketing campaigns. The role was strategic and operational and required interaction with various internal (data, product owners, etc) and external (printers, call centres, etc) stakeholders. Campaign / project management included:• Data: select based on product and business requirements; using results of previous campaigns and include test cells to test different client profiles against each other.• Channel: select the best channel for the product, client channel preference and most cost effective to ensure the highest ROI. Channels were mostly integrated to ensure maximum reach, eg. Warm-up SMS followed by an outbound call, direct mail with call to action to either respond via SMS, email, inbound or fax and a follow-up outbound call to non-responders.• Responses: ensure clients have all the response channels available per campaign to achieve targets.• Fulfilment: plan and implement the fulfilment process prior to campaign launch date to minimise cancellations due to non-fulfilment.• Analysis: analyse campaigns during and after close to extract learnings, tweaks during campaign (eg.
