Full project planning responsibility with General Dynamics to plan and instigate the required digitised platform training suite of courses for the successful delivery of a comprehensive training product for 600+ personnel. Operational and project management was conducted simultaneously across all 3 projects. On time delivery was achieved through careful contractor liaison, heading business progress meetings, updating the CEO/Board members, and conflict management across all areas of the projects.
