  I head up a team of talented Event and Video Producers working on events of all sizes from several thousand up to a third of a million pounds. We also produce approximately 100 videos each year many of which I classify as "Corporate Films", not "Corporate Videos" as they tell the stories of individuals and humans, not "employees". I also personally coach executives, individuals and small teams for improved business performance which I find enormously beneficial in my work when I'm co-creating a conference agenda with our clients. Having been in the Live Events, Video Production and Corporate Training Industry since 1998, it felt the right time in 2013 to "give something back" to my fellow Producers entering the industry. Coinciding with my own self-development journey into Executive Coaching which started around the same time, I realised that the ethos and approach taken by the founders of The Event Academy also aligned with my desire to use my skills to upskill and empower other people. My hope is that the legacy of myself and the team at The Event Academy can truly make a difference to the lives of hundreds of students as they pass through the Academy and go into the phenomenally exciting world of Live Events.
