      Directed the development of test plans and amendments, conducted ground and flight testing, reduction of test data, and the preparation and publication and of test results. Responsible for determining test requirements; coordinating resources with test assets at several test ranges; conducting test; performing data reduction and analysis; generating all supporting test documentation; concept of test briefings, test plans, reports, pre- and post-test briefings. Responsible for planning mission systems improvements to the fleet of E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. Developed and updated program roadmap for long-term E-3 growth, supporting modernization planning, and lead acquisition efforts for communication and radar systems programs valued between $10M - $100M. Was responsible for all facets of the programs including cost, schedule, engineering, logistics support, test and evaluation. Performed structural testing and analysis in support of US Air Force directed energy weapons programs and the Strategic Defense Initiative. Conducted modal and seismic surveys of experimental test structures and test sites. Project officer for contracts worth over $750K annually. Responsible for all logistics for a large scale experiment involving over 70 people at three operating sites on extended overseas deployment.
