I was fortunate enough to be paired with students from France, one of which was my student ambassador when I studied abroad in Paris at the Université Paris Dauphine. In addition, I had volunteered as a Goodwill Ambassador, and assisted these students with their transition before and after their arrival to the US by reaching out to them via email and social networking. To help these international students adjust to life at W&J, I helped them find their way around campus, as well as where to find all the school resources (libraries, computer labs, etc.), and occasionally met with them to check on how they were adjusting to their new academic and social environments.
