Worked on the engineering of hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles (HMSN) for the combined diagnosis and photothermal therapy of breast cancer. HMSN combined with copper sulfide (CuS) nanoparticles is used with laser irradiation to eradicate tumors in mice in a minimally invasive manner. Show less

I worked on the launch of 2 new types of incubators - direct heat and water jacketed - where I collaborated directly with assembly and the incubator engineers to determine the most efficient method of fabrication to be used in production.
