  As a senior member of the store I led by example with regards to the quality of customer service I gave and how I dealt with complaints and enquires that less experienced members of staff were not confident in dealing with. I specialist in selling and fitting sat nav’s and car stereo’s which I was assessed on by hitting sales targets and KPI’s. The responsibility of opening and closing the store was also entrusted to be on a rota basis. This role gave me the confidence to work in different aspects of retail from cashier, the stock room to targeted sales. I took on extra training to become a fitter for car parts and extras such as wiper blades, bulbs, batteries and stereo’s.
