Resolve conflicts and discrepancies between Telecom, Construction and Maintenance, and Protection Engineers.• Maintain the accuracy of ASPEN database (serial numbers, firmware versions, etc.) to meet NERC-CIP compliance of medium and low-impact sites.• Ensure and maintain the accuracy of System Security Baselines, relay setting files, and Crossbow within 30 days of project closeout at NERC-CIP medium sites.• Submit change requests for NERC-CIP Medium site projects. Also collect pre- and post- implementation for each change to be executed.• Ensure that Protection and Control projects involving the installation of new relays and/or new lines follow Duke Energy’s change management process under NERC-CIP guidelines.
