Performance Management system:> Ensure timely Probationary and Annual Appraisal according to SOP and Organization Policy for Performance Appraisal System for all department of Incepta.> Issue Performance Assessment form and ensure timely return of recommended performance assessment form according to SOP.> Preparation of performance appraisal Summery Sheet through identifying Assessment Marks, Grade and Recommendation provided by supervisor derived from assessment form for all department of Incepta.> Provide Comparative analysis over recommendation based on prior year’s appraisal, organization compensation structure, annual appraisal policy, past performance and goals as well as focus on future development opportunities; those are aligned to individual and business for all department of Incepta.
