Overseeing Election Administration: Supervising the election process as it unfolds, ensuring adherence to legal and procedural standards. 3. Document and Archive Management: Managing and safeguarding election-related documents and archives for transparency and future reference. 4. Monitoring Enforcement of Election Offences: Observing the investigation and enforcement of election law violations by relevant authorities. 5. Supervising Conviction Enforcement: Ensuring that any convictions related to election offences are properly enforced. 6. Evaluating Election Supervision: Conducting post-election evaluations to assess the effectiveness of supervision during the election process. 7. Publishing Supervisory Reports: Preparing and releasing comprehensive reports on the Agency’s supervisory activities after each election. 8.
