Unlike the existing Bravo program, this internal award recognizes all the individuals that touched the ticket during its lifetime and contributed, as a team effort, to the customer’s maximum satisfaction: a Promoter NPS score. This award presents the name of the team members involved, the customer comments from the survey, and a personalized and unique message expressing gratitude.While the management team continues to act and coach on the detractor/neutral surveys to turn them into promoters, this award helps focus on positive events, leads to positive individual traits, engages workers, and boosts team morale.Since the program started in April/2022, more than 60 unique emails have been sent, and the team's feedback has been excellent.The simplicity of honestly saying to a working colleague that you appreciate them connects us as humans and, when linked to one of our most important business goals, serving our customers, can make a significant impact!
