This part of my experience was most challenging & self developed as a leader, Manager & core instrumentation specialist especially in design & engineering, installation & commissioning.1. Refinery Capacity Enhancement Project from 6.0 MMTPA to 7.8 MMPTA (30% Capacity expansion by De-bottlenecking- Includes review & approval of Design documents, 3D modeling, selection of instruments, procurement management, material tracking & expedition, Installation , commissioning & trouble shooting and risk assessment & safety monitoring for job execution in hazardous environment/live refinery. 2. DCS/ESD System upgradation job: YOKOGAWA Centum CS 3000 to Centum VP R6.04/ Prosafe RS R4.033. Kerosene Hydrodesulphurization (KHDS) project (Meeting BS-V/VI Specification for MS & HSD)- a new process unit inducted for eliminating kerosene from refinery as per Indian government standards/norms.
