Instrumental in changing Search training capabilities and recognised by superiors for my services.• Trained and coached teams in IT and military communication procedures.• Redesigned and rewrote several theory and practical lessons to best meet the needs of students, including bespoke courses.• Delivered course content to students of up to 50 personnel per intake, evaluating progress and making final pass/fail decisions.• Mentored teams whilst conducting training exercises.
