      Progressive sales and marketing positions, providing financing solutions to businesses in the pool and spa and home improvement industries.-- Reduced trade show budget by over 1/3 while increasing impact. -- Launched the AquaVantage program, one of Conseco’s largest retail credit accounts, on time with the assistance of one other person while one manager was out of the country and another suddenly resigned.-- Revamped style of Dealer Awards program. Partnered with a larger division to take advantage of quantity discounts to purchase higher quality plaques while cutting costs from $10,000 per quarter to only $2,500 per quarter. -- Developed an Access database to track dealer performance across multiple product lines. Responsible for business-to-business sales of American Red Cross safety services.-- Account management for approximately 200 large strategic accounts throughout the state of South Carolina, with an objective to grow revenue from these accounts.-- Prospect for new accounts to achieve revenue goals of over $500,000 annually.-- Recognized by the President of Preparedness, Health and Safety Services as a High Performer (March 2015) for being in the Top 5 nationwide in my specialty area.-- Retained existing accounts despite a large price increase. Signed multiple new national or regional agreements and won back previous Tier 1 accounts that had been lost.-- Promoted the "One Red Cross" vision to customers, encouraging training partners to also host blood drives or implement employee engagement programs to support the American Red Cross.-- Served on additional national project teams as needed, focusing on projects that helped improve efficiency and market penetration:o Developed email templates for sales representatives and onboarding documents for customers.o Worked on a team to identify potential Six Sigma projects to benefit the sales organization.o Developed an employee recognition program. Show less Sales and marketing for the Workplace CPR and First Aid classes, improving Automated External Defibrillator (AED) sales, and maintaining relationships with the Authorized Provider network.-- Exceeded revenue goals beginning my first month in the position. Training revenue for FY 06-07 exceeded the previous year even with reduced capacity due to instructor turnover.-- Increased chapter revenue on AED sales by over 300% per unit by utilizing national contract pricing. Grew AED revenue by 10-25% each year, also assisted our branch offices and other nearby chapters in establishing AED programs for their offices.-- Planned, hosted, and presented four Workplace Seminars to introduce local companies to American Red Cross safety training programs. Revenue from the first workplace seminar was 200% of goal. This revenue total placed our chapter in the top 5 among all chapters holding workplace seminars that season. --Managed a team of nine part time instructors. Streamlined communications with the instructors, including moving most communications to email rather than hard copy. Created a group calendar to facilitate instructor scheduling.-- Implemented an online learning program that resulted in over $10,000 in additional income to our chapter in less than a year, while also reducing expenses and workload. -- Implemented cross-selling initiatives to help increase reach and revenue for other departments at the chapter (community classes, disaster education).
