   Ensure the overall accuracy of raw material and finished goods inventory. Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of MRP forecasting for all finished goods items, considering seasonal and business cycle changes, along with maintaining planning attributes for both make and buy items (LT, MOQ, Order Multiples. etc). Oversees staff in Inventory, Planning, Scheduling, Shipping, Receiving and Purchasing/Materials to ensure adequate flow of materials to and from production, as well as to the customer. Drives compliance with established internal inventory control procedures. Verify inventory count and location accuracy to ERP system by maintaining a regular cycle count process and investigating variances. Manage inventory stock levels to drive replenishment at off-site warehouses. Responsible for annual physical count of inventory.Responsible for tracking and measuring Materials Team internal KPI's and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly and monthly basis. Provide backup support in the absence of both Purchasing and Production Scheduler.
